New RYSL Coaches

RYSL coaches are parent volunteers and are needed at all age levels. Each coach receives an materials that contain information about training soccer skills and games that can be used during training sessions to develop these skills. Coaching clinics Coach's Clinics are provided to help develop coaching skills and are held throughout the season.

Each coach receives an RYSL coaching bag containing coaching equipment.  The office has a coaching resource library with books and dvd's.

The team's coach will communicate the practice time and location (1 practice per week) to the players and parents shortly after the Coaches Meeting.

If you are interested in coaching, please volunteer to coach when you register your child to play in our on-line registration system.  If you did not volunteer when registering your child, please send an email to rysl_registrar@sbcglobal.net and include your name, contact information, the age group you are volunteering to coach for and your childs name. In addition, each coach must apply RYSL Policy for a Risk Management number.  Call the office at 248-650-0113 to obtain the payment code prior to applying to avoid the $10 charge.
