RSC Spring 2008 Goalkeeper Training
RSC Goalkeeper Training
The Rochester Soccer Club will be providing weekly, club-supported goalkeeper training for all RSC goalkeepers. Training will be under the direction of RYSL/RSC Director of Coaching Mark Hamilton and RSC Technical Director Jeff Shuk. All sessions will be held at Adams H.S. practice soccer fields (located behind AdamsHigh School). U13 and older goalkeepers will train 5:00-6:00pm. U8-U12 goalkeepers will train 6:15-7:15pm. Training dates are 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/30 and 6/6.
Coaches are expected to support this program and send their goalkeepers to these sessions. Consistency with this training is very important. These sessions are mandatory for all RSC goalkeepers.
