RSC Goalkeeper Training 2009/2010

The Rochester Soccer Club will be providing, club-supported indoor goalkeeper training for all RSC goalkeepers. Training will be under the direction of RYSL/RSC Director of Coaching Mark Hamilton and RSC Technical Director Jeff Shuk. RSC goalkeeper coach Goran Kljaic will be conducting the sessions. All sessions will be held at the Auburn Hills Golf Center (located on the east side of Opdyke Rd., south of M59). Goalkeepers will train from 10:00-11:30am.  Training dates are:

    10/31
    11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 
    12/5, 12/12
    1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30
    2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27
    3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27

Coaches are expected to support this program and send their goalkeepers to these sessions. Consistency with this training is very important. These sessions are mandatory for all RSC goalkeepers.
