Risk Management Cards Required
All coaches, assistant coaches, team managers and others who work with the children are required to have a risk management card. To acquire one or to renew an expiring card, you must have a GOTSoccer account. To obtain a GOTSoccer account and/or the payment code, please contact Diane at ryslsoccer@sbcglobal.net. Include your name, address, phone number, email and birth date in the email. This is a national clearance system and there is a $10 fee to apply. If you are an RYSL coach, use the payment code provided to you by the RYSL office. If you do not have the payment code you will need to pay with a credit card at the time of application. You will receive an email with your approval in approxiamately 10 days. Your Risk Management Card will be printed from this email. For additional information, please contact the RYSL office at (248) 650-0113.As of Spring 2009 ALL RYSL coaches are required to have the RYSL Member Passcard visable during practices and games. Note that this is a mandarory requirement. The RYSL passcard will show all relevant information and will show parents that you have been cleared to coach by both the national clearing system and RYSL.
If you lose your card you must contact the RYSL office immediately.
