Urgent Attention Regarding Risk Management Cards

The MYSL is heightening attention to enforcement of their Risk Management Policy. All coaches, assistant coaches, team managers and others who work with the children are required to have a risk management card. To acquire one or to renew an expiring card, apply on-line at the MSYSA web site – http://www.michiganyouthsoccer.org/programs/riskmanage.htm. This is a national clearance system.  There is a $10 fee associated with applying for the risk management card which must be paid via credit card at the time of application.  You will receive your approval via email in approxiamately 10 days.  You will print your card from this email.  For additional information, please contact the RYSL office at (248)650-0113.
